On this site, you can search by status:

• Active - To see only active listings of homes currently for sale.
• Contingent - if you want to see the homes that have most recently gone under contract. This can be helpful if you want to see market trends in a neighborhood.

You have two options to choose from that both have the status feature. Both work great but the advanced option is the most powerful search available in the Charleston area.
